Awesome TV Stand

“Awesome Entertainment center. The wood is solid and firm and was also delivered within a week. I have a 65” TV, wall mounted above the TV stand, with a soundbar on top of the stand. It comes with adjustable shelf’s and option for a fireplace, which I plan to purchase later in the winter. overall, great purchase, quality if 5/5 and looks great in our living room.”

Misleading customers

“The sales person gave us false information, telling us that the TV stand would come mostly assembled , other than we would have to put on the doors. The stand was delivered and not one piece was assembled.
We contacted the Ashley store and the manager told us there was nothing he could do about it as he has no power after items leave the store. I even spoke with the sales person, Manny Castro. over the phone and he told me that he was very sorry that that was the way he was trained, that TV consoles come mostly assembled. Contacted Ashley customer service and we were guaranteed that we would hear back within 72 business hours. We never received any follow up correspondence. The purchase of the stand was contingent on the fact that it came mostly assembled. We were given false information at the store. Unbelievably disappointing experience given we have furnished our last two houses with Ashely. Not only this, but also illegal, selling something by misrepresenting product details”
