Nice tv stand, arrived broken

“Love this tv stand and looks exactly as pictured. Only thing to assemble is the feet on the bottom of the stand. Unfortunately taking off 2-stars because the lower right side of the stand arrived broken. The wood on the bottom of the inside of the cabinet separated from the legs and can’t hold anything heavy on it because it’s not even or connected properly. Luckily you can’t see it with the door closed but for $800+ I expected it not to arrive broken.”

“Love this piece. I did not like the repetitive nature of the wood knots on the front when I received the TV stand originally. It was just a fluke that the knots lined up perfectly when the wood was cut. Ashely made it right by sending a rep to my house and replaced one of the drawers to make the wood grain and knots more random. Much nicer now and the rep was very understanding that at that price point I did not think it should look like a cheap plastic flat -pack from walmart. This unit was available from several different retailers. Glad I chose Ashley to get the service along with the purchase. This is a hefty unit which is already assembled when you receive it (except the feet which take 10 min to screw on) Very happy with it. Drawers and doors are nicely constructed and it fits together beautifully.”

“I needed a wide cabinet to fit under my 83" TV and be able to hold all my A/V equipment. This does a great job. Looks great too. Had to take a star away for quality control issues. Door handle was missing a screw. Wood block that holds a door magnet was split and the magnet had fallen off. Right side door is slightly misaligned. I was able to fix the handle and magnet block. Can live with the door.”
