Haverlance entertainment center - nice furniture terrible customer service

“The entertainment center itself is quite nice. However, when it was delivered a supplemental support leg was either not installed or missing. Calls to customer service to get that taken care of were a sheer rodeo - four calls, each requiring navigation of call menus only to be transferred multiple times eventually ending up with the original person. Then the rep kept insisting they needed a photo of the missing part ("Hey - it's MISSING, that's the problem!") They finally had us figure out what was missing from a parts list. Now we have to wait for the part to be sent to us. Bottom line, nice piece of furniture, deficient delivery, horrible customer service.”
