“This entertainment center arrived in 4 very well protected boxes, went together very easily, the tall side units are pre assembled with hinges holding the front and sides, basically open them up, and set the shelves and back panels into place. Looks great”

“Love the product but wish there was better communication on the arrival. I was told I would have to schedule my delivery and sign for my package. The package showed up while they was at work and could have been stolen off my porch. The customer service rep told me it would be delivered 8/12 and I was never able to track my delivery online which is ridiculous”

“I’m very disappointed with the delivery. I was told that a signature was required upon delivery and that the ETA would be a week or two later than it actually was. I got a call from Ashley warehouse for one item but the 2 piers delivered when I was out of town and has no one to help.”
