“Handle broken, they finally sent a replacement which we had to replace, new screws they sent are too long had to use the old bent ones. Upon further inspection inside of the damaged handle side door looks suspiciously like more damage was done to that door and they tried to glue the plastic trim back, it's very ofset and overlapped. Several damaged or incomplete pieces from this set. We will never buy anything from Ashley again. Customer service is a joke”

“It came in completely broken and shattered! Loose screws were falling out of the box, sharp, broken off pieces of wood were inside the box among completely smashed styrofoam. Complete mess and only robo-chat or offshore call center reading a script available to listen to the customer’s disappointment and frustration . So frustrated and disappointed in this order! 16 years and 4 homes later, i will try to resolve this somehow and get a replacement, which is extremely difficult with computerized customer service lines and I will move on from Ashley. 4K worth of furniture delivered and everything was damaged and broken, so here I sit with 4K paid and no furniture to enjoy. Just horrible experience so far. No replacement, no one is reaching out to offer solutions, nothing. I’m hoping the robo-chat was correct when promising an update within 72 hours!
I’m sure this piece would look awesome if it wasn’t delivered in broken pieces. Maybe someone else will have more luck.”
