Terrible online ordering experience

“It has been over a week past when my item was supposed to arrive. Checking the tracking with fedex looks like the package was damaged and fedex is returning it. These things happen but the reason for a 1 star review is that I have not been contacted a single time by anyone from Ashley letting me know if/when I will ever get the piece of furniture that I ordered. Terrible customer service when ordering online. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the stores. The staff at the stores is great and will make sure you get your items.”
