Item as expected but customer service needs improvement

“The unit is great and exactly what we wanted but the sideboard and fireplace are shipped separately. No where on the website says they are in two boxes and arrive on two separate days. Customer service has no idea what goes on and said we would have to wait 3-5 days for any kind of answer from the warehouse but never got any response from them. Personally, I would like to have the issue taken care of in the moment instead of waiting around.”
