“Horrible experience, flew in from Iowa to put the TV stand together and it never arrived. We were so happy that the package showed delivered when our plane landed. Got to her apartment and no delivery existed. We had to make multiple phone calls and never had it rectified in time. We had to fly back home, only to buy another ticket to fly back out to DC to put the piece together for our daughter. Very upsetting and the moment we alerted Ashltthey should’ve rectified they should’ve sent another piece that day. But they decided to wait which ended up costing us more due to the airfare charger we incurred.”
