“Our unit arrived quickly. It came in three boxes. Packaged very well. Zero damage. Hardware complete, with extra provided. Took about two hours to assemble. Took our time, followed the instructions. Fit and finish was perfect. The fireplace looks and works great. The flames sure look real. The heater works great and provides some bonus heat to our room.
This truly was a great purchase for our home.”

Wonderful vintage-looking electric fire place /heater

“We love it! Very straight forward to assemble with good diagrams and all parts labeled. Well packaged. Fire box comes fully assembled—Just set it in the surround once it is assembled. Book shelves are freestanding (surprised by that but does not detract from the look and also means it’s not as heavy to maneuver). Many flame and log brightness and height adjustments to get just the right mood. Heater is effective!”
