Not Worth It

“Purchasing the tv stand was easy. Unfortunately, it arrived after the date that it was supposed to be here, and it is the wrong color. I immediately contacted the company to let them know and they made me submit photos and wait 3-5 business days for a response after I sent them proof that the order was wrong. After I waited again, instead of sending me instructions on how to return the tv stand through UPS or FEDEX, they sent me this survey. So the item was sent late, not the right color, and you guys are playing games with me when it's time for a refund. I am an extremely unhappy customer, who would like a refund, not a replacement or an exchange, or a survey, A REFUND! I cannot recommend this tv stand to anyone, it's made out of cheap particle board, and it has been a huge inconvenience to return. Ashley furniture doesn't mind taking my money and sending the wrong product, but they are not willing to return and refund the item. This is my first and last purchase with this company. Shopping with Wal-Mart is easier.”

Solid Piece For The Price

“This TV stand is very nice and sturdy for the price point. It is definitely an upgrade compared to something you might get at Target, Walmart, or some other box store. It was fairly easy to put together and was a solid piece once completed. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because nothing about the stand wowed me or stood out. It is very basic, has push magnet doors, and is a sturdy TV stand for the price point. If you want to save money and have a decent TV stand, this is great. If you are looking for higher end quality, I would look at higher price points.”
