I did not order this product and Ashley Furniture refused to give my money back.

“If I could give this review a 0, I would. I didn't order this TV stand, but it was delivered to my house while I was in surgery on June 25th, 2025. I sent emails to Ashley several times after I got home and told them I did not purchase this TV stand. I would like a refund. I didn't open the box & it is in my garage. I even tried to obtain an invoice from the Ashley Store in Somerset, KY, but they absolutely refused to help me. I did not order this TV stand & every chance I get I leave a review about what happened. I once was an avid Ashley Customer, but I'm not any longer. Evidently, your company thought it was worth bad publicity for $196.09. I had asked for a FedEx return label to no avail. This box has never been opened. An Ashley employee told me sorry about my lluck that I only had 72 hours to return it. The assistant manager even put her hands on her staff to stop him from helping me. I told her that she shouldn't lay her hands on anyone. It was called assault. If this review helps just one customer from buying your product, then it was worth it. I want a refund of my money. I didn't order this TV Stand.

“I really like this TV stand. Luckily one of my daughters was visiting and she & her friend assembled it for me....took a couple of hours with breaks, etc. LOL. Anyway, I really like this!”
