Tough to return

“The color was black and not espresso. it was cheaply made. I called to try to return it and since a "third party" (fed ex) delivered it, I have to wait 5-7 business days to see if I could return it. I asked if I could return it to an Ashley store and they said NO. ???? Very confused. I purchased it online at <a href="http://ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">ashleyfurniture.com.</a>”
