“One of the bars had a manufacturing defect, preventing correct assembly. The tabletop had a corner that was destroyed out of the box.
Do not order.”

Missing parts, but good recovery

“The stand arrived on time but was missing half the parts to put it together. We contacted the customer service department and was sent an email that the parts would be delivered within the week. Parts arrived and we were able to put it together. Positive was the good response from Ameriwood furniture to get us the replacement parts within a week. The negative was that the parts were missing to start with and we had to leave a new 65 inch t.v. on the floor for a week.”

“Unfortunately three of the four corners of one of the shelf pieces were damged. So much so that they had to be glued and really it’s still noticeable. It was very heavy so we decided against a return”

“I'm not sure if it's a product issue or shipping issue or both but my project arrived damaged. All the corners of the corkboard planks were broken off. I do not recommend. Spend the money and get higher quality furniture elsewhere.”
