Bad design - not worth the price

“Bad design. You are not able to open the middle drawer without removing both of the sliding panels. It is very inconvenient and seems like an error in the design. It also showed up missing a small piece which stabilizes the sliding panel so one of the sliding panels is loose. It looks nice, but with the bad design, I do not think it is worth the price. I am disappointed and would not recommend.”

“This product is all particle board or MDF, but it is very sturdy and heavy. It seems good quality and looks like real wood. It weighed 68 pounds in the box. The instructions were very easy and it was easy to assemble. The components are packaged in a way that makes it super easy to verify all screws, etc are present before unboxing all of it. It's pretty and has a mid-century vibe. It's exactly what I wanted. This is a 54" tv that we have. It's really too big, but this console made it work perfectly.”

“Assembly was not too bad, a lot of parts and took 1 person about 1 hour. Construction feels solid.
The sliding parts were finicky, as in often times they'd slide slightly too much towards the center, just enough to block the drawers. I'd have to wiggle them a bit to get them back in the right place.”

“It is stylish and my wife likes it. It is big enough for our 65” tv. However it has what seems like a thousand pieces and took 3 hours to put together.
It does seem pretty solid for mdf. I just didnt plan on putting in so much time assembling the thing. I am very handy and had a large enough space and no kids so i was lucky. If my kids were home and trying to help, I’d probably have jumped off a bridge.”

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Charged Over $2500 for Items I NEVER Received

“Avoid Ashley Furniture at all costs. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional shopping experiences of my life. I was charged over $2,500 for furniture I never received, and to make it worse, I received hundreds of emails saying my order was declined — with absolutely no explanation why.
I verified everything multiple times with staff who told me the order was fine. Yet somehow, the system kept spamming me with declined order emails while still charging me. To this day, I still don’t have the items, and getting help has been like pulling teeth. Every step of the process has been a disorganized mess.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Ashley Furniture is a disaster. Steer clear.”
