“3 pieces arrived damaged, I opened a claim and it is really hard to get them to understand the issue, many pictures, many information is requested, as if they did not want to replace/repair anything. I have had issues with all the items I have purchased from Ashley in store or online.”

“I ordered this on March 22, 2022 right before it went out of stock. When I ordered, they said they would email me to update me on shipping timing. I never received such an email. I know shipping of furniture is backed up due to COVID and expected a delay but still ordered because they said they would email me with an update on shipping timing. No matter who I contact (via phone or online chat) I am told they can't give me any info and that a specialist will contact me in 48 hours. 3 times I have done this and I have yet to hear from a specialist. I just want to make sure I will be home when it eventually does ship. I would also love to know if it will ship in 2 months or 6+ months. Some transparency here would be helpful.”

“Absolutely terrible. Would rate 0 stars if I could. The first shipment didn’t even make it to my house and I had to wait over a week to get a replacement sent. When the replacement arrived I could not even get past the 1st step due to a manufacturing defect of there being no premade holes in the product. Will never purchase something from Ashley again.”
