“It has been a nightmare — we canceled this purchase and ordered a different tv stand without minutes
Minutes on a Friday night … next day my card was charged - Ashley told me to refuse it once it shipped - we did - husband signed papers to cancel with fed ex , it is now two days later and the canceled tv stand shows up in our neighborhood -
Ashley can’t give me a straight answer except for wait for 3 to 5 business days and then once it hits the warehouse it will be another 7 to 14 days. It all started with Grace on Friday night not doing her job . And the ripple effect has just gotten worse”
