Problems with delivery

“I ordered the product online, and could not get a time estimate when I first called customer service twice. It eventually was delivered by FedEx a day later than the original estimate. The box arrived banged up, damaged, and weathered. I received a voicemail saying I had 72 hours to report any issues, but the box arrived on Friday, customer service isn't open on Saturday or Sunday, and I eventually got kicked off the customer service line automatically due to the long wait time before speaking with someone. Due to a hand injury, I have to wait for someone else to set this up for me/ open the package to inspect contents to see if it still works. I would not order using Ashley's online services again.”
