We finally received the item 7 weeks after ordering and probably 20 emails back and forth with people who could not tell me when it would be delivered and why it was taking so long. It was out of everyones control. We would have bought something else had we known. We know know and will never buy something that is not on hand from them again.”

“Products aren't what they use to be. I ordered bar chairs, a coffee table, and the Trinell TV stand all online. I am generally happy with the over all purchase and happy with the solid wood state of the chairs and coffee table, but this entertainment stand needs a material upgrade to either reclaimed wood or pine. The stand looks great from afar, but up close the veener and engineered wood looks and feels cheap. If you truly want a rustic entertainment stand go for solid pine or some other hard solid material that isn't engineered wood.”
