“Was supposed to come COMPLETELY assembled as stated by the salesperson and on line. It was not and told by the 3rd party delivery driver that they do not do that.
Did not appear to be daunting and even though not as promised I would install EXCEPT the fireplace did not fit.
After numerous attempts to reach Ashley, I was told a supervisor would call me back. This never occurred.
Finally, after another call and a promise to have someone get to me to either install, get me the correct fireplace ( with instructions or remove, I received a voicemail telling me they would pick it up.
They are impossible to reach, their auto attendant is useless and there is no accountable person to speak with.
I would never consider purchasing from them again.”

“It’s beautiful; however, we paid for set up in our family room. The delivery guys put it in our family room, put it together and left. They left so fast that we didn’t know what we were missing and we needed help moving the piece where it should belong. There are holes that are missing plugs and because my husband is recovering from surgery, we have to wait for assistance to reposition the piece. They got a nice tip before we realized what needed to be done.”

Then I go try to download it and it's the exact same set of instructions. There's no way I can figure out how to put this together.”
