“Love this fireplace. Unfortunately it arrived with two dents in the metal box; one on the and a significant one on the top front edge. So far it has not affected the functionality. The top front frame is slightly bent but not noticeable once installed. The cardboard shipping box was not damaged.”

“I bought this with an extra large TV stand and it all looks great. The faux fire is nice to look at. My only problem with the fireplace is that the power cord is about 4-5ft long. Because of the short cord and the location of the wall outlets I have no choice but to use an extension cord, the 16 gauge extension I bought does get warm, might have to find a heavy duty cord so we can leave the heater on longer.”
