Does not heat up to the advertised sq ft area.

“This fireplace inserts specs is rated to heat up to 1000 sq ft. It doesn’t heat up the advertised area. It barely heats up my 300 sq ft room. I was told by the sales representative that is has an auto shutoff once the desire temperature is reached, that was false, it does not have an auto shutoff. The Bluetooth audio system is okay, not great compared to our soundbar.”

Nice but upside down flames!

“Nice to have, can provide heat if wanted but just flames without heat also.Our flames are burning the wrong way though, going down rather than up! Have to see if something isn't wired wrong.”
