“I've had the couch and recliner for about two years and I'm satisfied expect for a few things. The phone charger is very slow and get too hot, so I don't use it. I wish the power controls that are on the armrest would have a lock feature when not in use. The stitching is coming apart on the bottom of the seat. I weight 110 lbs., so it can't be from my weight. Not much leather on it, mostly the middle of the seat. I am not having issues from fading, probably because I found seat covers for the set and they protect the leather and man made finish.”

“For the price, we were hoping for better quality. Within 6 months of use, one headrest began to show where the person's head had rested -- looks like the coloration has rubbed off Now, less than two years later, where the legs are resting shows the same. Further, the USB charging port is really slow, often giving an error on my tablet. Needless to say, VERY disappointed, and it's now SO ugly, we're replacing it. Lesson learned: Buy quality.”

“Very comfortable! Provides great head and back support. We are a tall family so I can appreciate the high back seating and easy to go from sitting to standing position. The phone charging feature is poor, fir this price it should be fast charging. It took 2 hrs just to get my phone to 10%. Also, my phone was extremely hot with either wireless or USB charge. Another downside is it does not offer outlet plugs, which would of been a helpful to laptop, phone, etc. The cup holder can be flipped from cold (deeper opening) to hot (leveled opening) that holds mugs. It's difficult to grip and flip from hot to cold. Overall, Its only been a couple weeks, but I'm satisfied with my purchase. Hopefully this review will help with future designs and Ashley can upgrade me lol so serious”

We went to every furniture store in our area but this furniture was the winner. Our salesperson, Patricia, was the best! She took her time and explained the differences between a few different models we picked out. My husband never buys on impulse so needless to say we were in there 3 times before purchasing. Each time Patricia was amazing. We are enjoying this beautiful furniture and with all the wonderful features no one is arguing over “that’s my seat” My husband is 6’3” and he fits in it comfortably and I am 5’6” and I am also comfortable in it. “I’ve had this couch for under two years and the “leather” is already cracking and peeling when I called to use my warranty I purchased that should be valid for five years (don’t bother purchasing that as it goes through a third party and they’ll deny your claim.) I was told since just the “protective layer” meaning the grey coloring has vanished that the leather is not peeling therefore they will not replace. Overall, the bells and whistles are cool, but the couch itself is not comfortable would not recommend even with it being on clearance, it’s marked down for a reason. Will be going to different furniture store for my next couch”
