“Extremely comfortable recliner. Well made and I can snuggle in it and asjust the feet and head to whatever position suits me. The power does away with the struggling with arm on the side that I nevwr could reach. Easy to get out of!”

“I purchased 2 chairs and the sofa, and I paid for the warranty. The frame on the sofa snapped and broke, and the warranty I paid $700 for did not cover it....seriously. The leather is thinner than a piece of notebook paper and there is a small hole from wear, and it too is not covered by warranty. I paid way too much for great quality, which is nothing more than a particle board frame with leather that is paper thin. I wish I could give this 0 stars. My heart is broken that Ashley can't or won't do anything to help me. They say it is the warranty company and the warranty I paid for will cover a puncture if I poke a hole in it, but not the wear of the paper thin leather or the busted frame. Customer service was NO help!”

“I needed a comfortable recliner to sleep in after shoulder surgery. This chair works perfectly. The large size provides plenty of room to add pillows. The leather is durable and beautiful. It’s a really nice addition to our living room. My husband also likes to relax in it after work.”

“This is not a very comfortable chair if I would have sat in it in the store I would not have bought it. I will never buy online again. When you sit in this chair the back is straight up almost fills like your being pushed out of it and very stiff too where you fill like your sitting on it instead of sitting in it.”
