“5-6 weeks is now 13. The wedge remains missing. The customer service reps pass the puck to an outside delivery team yet I ordered directly through Ashley. And Ashley has full payment. No one can give me any answers. The entire process has been attrotious. My account is no longer even avaliable see if or still says "processing". Will never use Ashely again. Back to Lazy Boy at last they can find my order. Do better.”

“It was delivered in great packaging. When taken out of packaging you notice right away that there were 2 long tears in the leather on one seat ad one of the power recliners did not work. Delivery men took pics, i took pics sent them to Ashley immediately and then told I have to wait 72 hrs to get any kind of response ! I b want a whole replacement, I want $2500 off the purchase at least plus the holiday discount for this major inconvenience that you have caused. Still, I have not heard anything and it's been 4 days! Never never never again will I ever purchase from Ashley again”

“I ordered the entire loveseat and got only the right side with the left on back order for 8 weeks. This is after I explicitly told Ashley that I wanted it delivered as a unit. Now I have it stored taking up space in my house waiting on the other half. Who delivers half a love seat? To top it off , they charged me for the whole loveseat from the time half of it was delivered. I have been an Ashley's customer for over a decade but this kind of mess will make me think twice.”
