“I would give it a ZERO if I could. Within 30 minutes of delivery it wouldn’t fully close. A rivet is too loose causing the mechanics to catch the bottom bar. It was delivered defective and because the delivery persons had already left it is considered a warranty repair. Absolutely ridiculous for the price paid. Should have known not to purchase from Ashley.”

“Still don't have the wedge.... 13 weeks later yet it says delivered. Customer service passes the puck to the 3rd party delivery team. No one knows where it is or when it will come. Which I don't think it will. Now I have 2 love seats with a metal edge open to my twin boys face. Thanks for your oustanding customer service. Really stands by their product.”

“We received our left and right arm love seat ,2hrs after delivery,we discovered it was not working properly,I call and reported it ASAP. Getting it checked is a nightmare. I was told it’s going to be about a month before a technician can come out”
