Things to consider.

“1. We sat on the display couch multiple times during our visit and during the purchase process. There are several things we both consider when looking at sofas. (A). depth of the seat (does it cut into the back of your knees. (B.) Comfort of the cushions. The one we sat in was perfect so we purchased it.
The one we received was a different story. We've only had it two days but this is what we've found. 1. Our feet don't touch the floor and the cushion cuts into the back of our knees. It's like this one is just bigger than the one we sat in. 2. The cushions are extremely firm. Think church pew with a thin foam pad. I don't know if it will soften up. We're also considering taking the legs off and putting casters on it to lower it so at least our feet touch the floor when we're sitting on it.
Other considerations: I didn't know that it requires 8" of space away from the wall We have a 13'x18 foot den and losing the 8" in width does make a difference. (one reason to put it on casters so we can push it back when not in use). The recliner is not independently articulated between the legs and the back. You can't find a comfortable angle for your legs and then lean back.
We might be able to adjust the height by removing the legs, but I don't know at this point if the recliner mechanism goes below the lower frame during it's action.
Overall, this is a very uncomfortable piece of furniture, but it looks nice.”

“This couch is beautiful and that is all it has going for it. You cannot fully recline your legs before the seat starts to recline fully. The headrest does not come up high enough to support your head, and I am only 5' 1".”

“I fell in love with the modern look and the size of the set for the space in my living room. When we first sat on it, we thought it would be as comfortable as our other reclining sectional from Ashley. Unfortunately it is not as comfortable as we had hoped it would be. The reclining seat seems to recline in a curved style motion as opposed to extending and gradually reclining in a comfortable position. The seats could have been made just a hair wider to help with comfort. I do love the look but just a little disappointed on overall comfort. I also enjoy the cordless option, you can attach the power to a rechargeable battery pack.”

“We purchased the couch and reclining chair and when it was delivered the items had marks on them. The delivery guy took pictures and we called and submitted a complaint and a repair person was sent to assess the damage. He used leather paint to try to cover up the marks which left marks that didn't match the color of the couch and chair and then we were told we would be called about what would happen next since the repair didn't work. So far nobody has called and I've called many times and am being given the run around. I do not recommend buying from this company because they do not do what they promise. If the situation is not resolved I will unfortunately have to take other steps.”

“One of the sofas was damaged during delivery. I am quite unhappy with how the delivery team handled the situation—they simply put tape over the damage, which I find unprofessional, especially considering the amount paid for the purchase. I expected better care and service.”

“We purchased the Mosswell because we after an exhaustive search for a new sofa a good sales person convinced us that the Mosswell was a good choice. We were looking for comfort but not necessarily leather so we purchased it. Once in our home the sofa had more of a bulky look for our smaller living room and although it a neutral color, it wasn't as easy to coordinate other pieces to it. Additionally, it wrinkles easily, I didn't like that whenever you sit on the sofa the leather wrinkles. I think we settled a little too fast, it was a pricey piece so I will see how long we will keep it.”

“It’s very pretty. The leather in the seat area is very soft. But it already has major scuffs and wear in a month. It is so light that everytime someone gets up or moves on one side the whole sofa lifts off the ground. It’s too narrow and uncomfortable for 3 people (or two and a small dog) we knew a day after purchasing that it wasn’t a good fit but with no returns possible, we tried to sell it. No one would buy. Tried to give it away with no luck. 30 days old and We have to pay to have it removed. Sitting on this more than an hour sucks. Avoid”
