“Looks good in the showroom, but is not built to last, is not very comfortable, and is wearing far too quickly. The mechanics of the electric back and foot rest are clunky and not smooth, which tells me these are going to be an issue. The leather scratches easily. I can already feel the padding wearing away in the headrest and back after one month of sitting on the couch only at night. The arm rests at the end look nice and modern, but do but have any padding in them, so they are not comfortable as arm rests. There is no padding at the end of the foot rest, so if you're five ft tall or above, the edge of the foot rest kills your Achilles or calves. I hate these couches.”

“This is my first leather purchase ever and I was a little uneasy buying it because I was afraid it would be either too cold or too hot. I needed a living room set that would hold up to little hands and feet since I take care of my 2 year old granddaughter and have a grandson on the way. I did not want to be stressing over dirty hands and even though I teach my little one to clean her hands before heading into the living room, I know I can't possibly expect her to remember all the time. And my time loving her is more important than scolding her because she forgot to wipe her hands. I just wipe down the leather and it is as good as new. I am very happy with my purchase!”

Doesn’t smell like leather

“It’s comfortable until you extend or recline all the way. Then there is a hollow area at the base of my back which I either need to add a pillow or not fully extend or my back starts to hurt from the hollow area. It is also suppose to be 100% leather - but doesn’t smell like leather - at all... high dollar... I could have bought faux leather and gotten the same thing for half the price.”

“We bought this about a year ago. The leg rests move waaayyyyyy too slowly and squeal against the leather which gives out an annoying creaking sound everytime the keg rests are used.
The couches slide too much on hardwood floors as well. If you buy these, plan on putting rubber feet on then to reduce sliding so they don't damage walls.”

“We purchased this as a sectional to better fit our living room. We love the fact that it can be independent pieces should we decide to re-arrange. The furniture is not as comfortable and seems to be giving in already are the areas we sit...even though it has only been a few weeks. The corner price sits about 1 1/2 inches higher than the other 2 pieces as well.”

aching all over

It even makes noise now when using the recliner part of it like the leather is rubbing against something. I would not reccomend this piece of furniture, I'm stuck with it wish I would of done a little more research before buying.”
