Not an Ashley Brand Sofa

“I thought I was purchasing an Ashley brand sofa. I've had them in the past, and Ashley is good quality. This is just some other brand they sell on their website. It is not plush at all. There is very little cushion in the seat, so not really comfortable as a sofa or a bed. The way it is constructed, there is a support right smack in the middle of the bed when it is open, and it's like laying on a piece of metal or wood right there - terribly hard spot right in the middle of the bed. It looks ok, but I would not recommend buying this.”

“There's missing pieces that prevent the sofa from being assembled. The company said they didn't have spare parts and to contact Ashley's. Ashley's said I could sit with the message in my living room and they will get back with me in 10 days to let me know what they are willing to do.”

“Beautiful futon sofa. Looks great in our spare TV room. Purchased as extra sleeping space for company. The length and width sleeping area is great. It will however require a mattress topper, as it is extremely firm. The price was great, as opposed to purchasing a mattress and box spring for a twin bed frame we have. it will also be functional as seating for hanging out.”
