Nice chair, but quality control problem

“The chair and ottoman are nice, but one of the holder clips on the swivel ring for the chair had snapped off, and it wasn’t apparent until I took all the packaging apart and started to assemble the chair. I think it was a QC problem and not a shipping problem, because the broken clip had been more or less at the center of the shipping box and was well padded.”
