“Bolts to attach 4 outside legs were too big. I had to go to Home Depot & buy the next size down. I tried all day!! Stopped first at Ashley Furniture & they couldn't help me.”

“The left arm is not stable, it wobbles. Can't reach the customer service information that was attached to the package. Not comfortable as a futon bed, it's hard. Some part of the wood breaks while putting the screws. I got the white one and they covered it with black material that stain some parts. I can't return it cause I don't drive and needed a couch badly.”

“Absolutely DO NOT buy this couch, it is not worth all the stress and suffering to put it together!! I was looking for something on the cheaper end and saw this couch. It was in my price range so I purchased it. If I could go back in time to stop myself from doing so I WOULD!!! Not only is this couch ridiculously heavy for being so cheap, but it is HORRID to put together. It is so poorly made, the nails do not fit properly and they strip the nail holes which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to attach the couch feet. Now I’m left with a couch with half of its feet attached bc the others would not go on no matter what I tried. Also the fabric in some areas does not seem to be stitched together, it is only stapled. So as you can imagine it comes apart VERY easily. I was excited for this couch because it looked nice and was in my price range, but knowing what I know now, I would have spent a LOT more money if I didn’t have to deal with all this stress and anguish. What a let down.”

“Arrived with black markings/stains on the seat cushions and the futon itself is misaligned and lopsided. One side of the backrest cushion is taller than the other. Extremely dissatisfied.”
