“Impossible to share a pic nor a review since I haven’t received it just because the FedEx driver decided not to deliver. He got refused for a large delivery because the other people was not home to receive it so he or she decided that mine should not be delivered either even tho I been jailed at home all week waiting for the delivery. No call, no effort to contact me. Poor service from FedEx. An Ashley team member is doing it best to make sure the item gets deliver to my home. FINGERS CROSSED.🤞 then I will post a review.”

“Good quality for the price, and it was cleverly packed. It was going into a basement, so we were able to unpack the hardware and drawer components before we moved the sofa part, which made it a lot lighter and easier. It’s a nice compact little sofa, and has simple modern lines. The storage is a huge bonus. It’s pretty firm, and I might put a foam cover on it if someone was sleeping on it for more than a night, but it will do the job. Also, the outlet and usb port on the side is a plus.”

“Immediately after placing my order I discovered a problem with how I interpreted the dimensions of the futon. I COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER, NOR COULD AN ASHLEY REPRESENTATIVE! It has been a horrible and sordid waste of time with multiple customer service representatives who have to hand off to an escalation team who can't send email that actually arrive in customer's in-boxes. ASHLEY SHIPPED THE FUTON and now I'm struggling to get them to take it back.”
