“The futon looks great but it is stiff. Maybe need some more time to break in? Also the FedEx driver slide the box off the truck and tumble weed it to my front door. I was shocked. Set up was easy, just basically screw-in the legs. All legs had little caps on and one leg had a cap on so tight we had to try and cut the piece off. After assembly, I felt something poke me when I sat. There was a pointy part where your calves touch the couch. We thought I was stamper that may have come loose from the tumbling. I tried to hammer it and it made a hole and saw something sticking ou. I had to grab pliers and it was a large loose screw. It made a nice hole but was able to stuff the stuffing back in with a chop stick. It’s all I had and it worked.”

“Poor, after unboxing realize it was too small tried calling to return but since I didn’t have the original box I can’t return it on had it for a week never been used. Now I’m stuck with something I don’t want. Called customer service and they said it’s nothing they can do how about offering other options or extending the customer service.”

Issue with the legs

“The futon itself is great, however, the legs came with rubber plastic safety covers that were fused to the screws. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was told to use a knife or fire to remove them. It was such a foolish, ridiculous and dangerous response, that I will never purchase anything else from here again. I ended up taking the legs to a hardware store to have the rubber removed. Just a terrible experience all around.”
