Disappointing Ashley Customer Service along with FedRx Ground

“First, I haven’t received the Serta Sleeper Chair YET! Ordered, received notification delivery 8/13, waited all day, no delivery, next day delivery 8/14 waited all day, no delivery, Friday, 8/15 waited again, no delivery. Constant contact with Ashley Customer Service and FedEx Ground tracking. Still no answers. Saturday, still waiting, finally FedEx Tracking reported chair was damaged and returning to Ashley Warehouse. Ashley CSR still telling me that delivery would be delivered on Monday 8/18! The chair was being returned to the Warehouse in London, SC!
Poor CSR communication from Ashley. FedEx Ground did not update the status of delivery for two days after multiple requests.Still waiting for an update on when I will get my Sleeper Chair Delivery.”

“So far so good. The box was pretty torn up, and was concerned it might be damaged. Only one spot had what looked like dirt on the front. I was able to clean the small area. Perfect for my office, have room now to have one person sleep in my overflow area.”

“I absolutely love this chair! It’s firm but not too firm!
The fabric very soft and not scratchy at all. It is So comfortable to sit in and watch TV or read! I added a big Euro feather pillow at the back instead of the lumbar pillow. I sit in this chair every single day as a chaise lounger ! I love the idea that you can use it as a chair , lounger or bed so easily! I am definitely thinking about buying another one to match the one I already bought .”
