No charger included

“We did not get an Enouvation Charger with this battery. It has now run out of power and needs to be recharged. Could please send us a charger? It’s too expensive a battery not to include a charger. I’m selecting No on the mandatory recommend question for the time being but will submit an updated, more positive review dependent on your response to this feedback. Thank you.”
