“The sofa has white stains. Bought an entertainment center also. Didn’t send me all the components. Basically Ashley Furniture horrible customer service. It took 5 phone calls for one person to understand my issue. Still not resolved and of course they are billing me. Don’t recommend them at all. Never again in my life will I purchase from them and will file a claim with BbB and will advise anyone that asks me to never ever use them. Very disappointed.”
