“The instructions were very clear and all the parts were easy to identify ( this doesn’t usually happen with other products we’ve purchased).
The finish on the metal was great and unblemished. Cushions and fabric are excellent.”

“Nice item for a great price, especially with the $25 off, but the shipping/delivery was terrible. Delayed delivery, damaged parts and unglued hardware package, so all nuts, bolts and screws were scattered. It took forever to match them up.”

Shipping completely destroyed the tool set with the futon

“I received the futon with padding that had no protective covering over it. The screws were all out of the case they came in and pieces of plastic were broken inside the box. This is ridiculous. FedEx took terrible care of my package and it’s concerning that the padding wasn’t wrapped up during shipment for sanitary purposes.”
