“This ottoman is deceptively photographed on the website. It is extremely small in reality, less than half the size portrayed in the photo. Returning it to Ashley has been an extremely difficult process as they ship from a third party. You cannot return it locally and must pay out of pocket to ship it back. It took two weeks and multiple times contacting Ashely to get the shipping information.”
