Horrible delivery

“This review is for the delivery. I am highly upset with the delivery. I paid for white glove service! first I got no call to schedule the time of delivery. Second my time frame was from 7am-7pm. Really a 12 hour time frame? I took a whole day off of work when I could of only had to take
2 hours! Third the guy jumps out of a box truck and says "am I opening these boxes?" I said yes along with putting it together. "Oh I never out one together". Fourthly since he had no idea what he was doing it took longer than expected. "we're only suppose to take 30 minutes" so the entire time I heard how this is taking too long and that they had a long drive home. I hade to help put it together cause they didn't know what they were doing. After this experience, I don't believe I'll be ordering again from Ashley again. I will be contacting Ashley furniture for reimbursement.”

Never received the Osaka 3D Dreamer V2

“I never received my order. I have not received any information as to when it will be delivered. I have called numerous times since August 28 and the shipping company(Hub Group Final Mile) which by far is the worst shipping company ever. You will have a difficult time attempting to talk to a human from the phone number that was originally given as a point of contact. After contacting Ashley, I was given a different number and despite reaching someone, they are not the original point of contact, they will just email the point of contact and lack the information needed to determine a date for delivery. I contacted Ashley again and they indicated that they were going to try and expedite this process. I haven’t received any information yet as they are waiting on the Hub Group response on a date to deliver. This is really unfortunate and I hope that Ashley can find a better delivery service to partner with. AI can not replace human interaction when it comes to customer service.”
