“This massage chair looks exactly like it does through photos. I was skeptic on it since there’s so many massage chairs out there, but I made a very good decision. The power on this thing is no joke feels amazing and gets every inch on my body from head to feet. Came in 3 separate boxes which is great to fit through almost any door. Assembly was a piece of cake. The color is amazing looks clean with matte style. No longer have to go out of my way to massage appointments anymore.”

Get a different delivery and assembler company. Replace chair.

“I paid to have the chair delivered and assembled. The guys that delivered it did not know how to assemble it. They tried but could not get the screws in the right arm, plus they broke one of the wires going to the wires to the plug for the arm. I told them to take it back and get me another one. They want me to handle getting another one assembled. I told the delivery people to take it back and evidently his boss didn’t like what I told him and the driver just left without even telling me he was leaving. I want customer service t call me. 2252768224.”
