“My grandson decided he wanted to stay with me for a couple of months, but he needed something to sleep on. He decided he wanted a futon, he picked this one, he is the one that put it together. Unfortunately at one point we thought we would have to send it back, it was a piece that was bent, but my grandson said he believed he could bend it back to fit right. He did a great job putting it together & he also really likes it.”

The metal frame was missing when the box with metal frame futon with mattress arrived.

“I am not happy. I received a beat up box with only the cushions inside; NO Mili Wood Arm Metal Frame. The tracking information says the package was 87 pounds but I would be surprised if it was more than 25 pounds because there was no metal frame with wood arm. It might have weighed 87 pounds when shipped than got damaged and lost the metal frame en route. How long will this take to get fixed?”

“The futon itself seems sturdy and was not bad to put together. We put this in our spare room for now, and with no use we notice the cover is splitting at the seam. We out the cover on exactly as instructed but material feels cheap. I did request replacement cover from Ashley however that has been a whole different ordeal that has not met my expectations. Can’t imagine this being sold for full price…..”
