Terrible service and it's not pink as pictured

“Not pink (literally lavender, not even remotely pink). Fedex and Ashley paired up to ensure my 120lb package was NOT delivered to my apartment but instead blocked a downstairs neighbors doors. When trying to get help i was told too bad, pay someone to move it. Oh, but consider fedex returning to my location so they can pick it up and return it! (At my expense) why not just move it up the stairs??????”

“Worth the money. The couch has become very comfortable within a month of using it. I have not used it as a futon yet, but I have accidentally fallen asleep on it already. I would definitely recommend if you are on a budget, but still wants something that looks nice and is comfortable.”

“I love this piece of furniture. I didnt know what to expect from it, but everything from delivery to assembly and then appearance has been super. They delivered it in a big box and i didnt understand how it fit in there but it is basically folds on hinges whicj cant be seen once the unit is assembled. I personally love a firmer couch and this one has that feature. Its firm but nicely firm, not too harsh on the body. The velver material is superb and it makes it so soft and comfy. For someone who doesnt like pink colors i choose exactly that, and it is so mich prettier in person. The legs when not used fold away in a little zipper area and are not visible at all. If you want to use it for guests sleeping over i would suggest a topper. Overall, if you want a futon that looks classy and good qualoty than this is it. Amazing price and amazing product.”

“We needed a couch for our new place and decided to take a chance with this one. It's perfect. Fits three people and our four dogs! It's comfortable enough to be on for hours. When you turn it into a bed it's comfortable as well.”
