“It arrived damaged. Called customer service which is waiting for a review of our claim. It appears they want it handled under purchased warranty rather than replace damaged delivered item. We are also having to wait 5 days for the warranty company to contact us. Really not happy with response so far. I specifically ordered this item for company next week.”

Excellent Space Saving Sofa Bed

“Turning my second bedroom into a reading room and I needed something for a guest to sleep on. Way better than a futon! Extremely sturdy and well constructed. Sitting and sleeping is firm, which I like. The blue fabric is beautiful. It's heavy so you might need some help getting it out of the box. Assembly took less than 15 minutes -- just screw on the legs and wheels. I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived two days later. Great price and a great experience with my first order from Ashley.”

Great value for additional seating and sleeping

“I put two together to use as a living room couch. I lift the adjustable backs to 3\4 raised for arms.
Added an upholstered foam pad as they are very hard. Now when family comes to visit, I turn them around and add foam mattresses for additional sleeping.”

“We had a small room and needed a bed for a guest. This was perfect. It was a little uncomfortable so we put a 3 inch memory foam pad on it and it works great for guests.”
