Comfortable couch and great quality!

“Overall, we are very impressed with the couch! It is well-built, great quality and comfortable, making it perfect for lounging, sleeping and hosting people. It is a good medium between too soft and too hard, allowing us to sit for a good amount of time without discomfort. We are also amazed by how quickly it arrived. However, there are a few features that could be improved. The middle of the couch gets deflated and sinks, and the cushions slide down. These are minor issues that can be easily fixed in future iterations of the product and would make this couch even more comfortable! The installation was quick, but could be made simpler if the legs screwed on directly instead of 4 screws per leg. Overall, we are very pleased and happy with our new couch!”

“My partner and I just moved into a new house and brought ZERO furniture with us. We've been shopping for a couch for the last few months and stumbled across the Simpli-Home Morrison. It originally caught my attention because it was a good shape and the width was the perfect size for our space. We (too) easily ordered and the delivery logistics company scheduled the delivery. The sofa arrived and I was pleased with the construction and the way the fabric feels. The structure of the sofa feels really solid and the amount of cushion in the primary seat cushion feels really good. Firm but not hard. The color is really nice - we opted for the darker fabric. I am pleased with this purchase - it's a great value for what you're getting.”

“DO NOT BUY! This ottoman is very cheaply made and looks NOTHING like the picture or as described in the description. The ottoman arrived damaged with a stain on the top. When I tried to return it, Ashley’s requires the customer to pay for shipping (even though their item arrived stained/damaged). Ground shipping to return the ottoman is $466…. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley’s Furniture. This company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!”
