“Came misshapen (top is domed and lumpy, not flat at all like the image) and I thought sitting at ambient temperature for a couple days might help it flatten some. Nope. And when I called Ashley to return, they wouldn't accept it because I couldn't send it back in the original cardboard box it came in (which was damaged in transit, and further damaged getting the ottoman out) . EXTREMELY UNHAPPY I paid over $300 for a useless square-ish blob that's not even comfortable enough for extra seating. Ashley online customer service is worthless. You can't return items ordered online to a store, either. Shop elsewhere.”
