“I love this chair! Assembly was super easy, no tools or instructions even needed! The comfort surpasses what I expected, I was worried about that since I was not able to "test" it. “Color is MUCH lighter and more terracotta than depicted as camel in the photos and descriptions. Way too orange colored. Faux leather looks very glossy, shiny and cheap. I didn't put the chair together so I can't speak on comfort. But the back pieces felt to squishy and Like it needed more padding. The seams and stitching looked like low quality as well like they won't hold
Up very long. I was hoping to love these from the photos, but I will be returning the 2 that I ordered unfortunately. And more than likely I will be stuck paying shipping cost, but still waiting to hear back from customer service on that. Will update review once I hear back.”

“Good: Appearance and comfort.
Bad: Quality is less than to be expected, even at this price point, particularly the thin vinyl covering. May last a year. Item arrived with "dented" misshapen back cushion.
Ugly: Though my receipt show correct address, product shipper claimed Ashley gave them wrong address. When I called Ashley's indifferent customer service, they completely washed their hands of it. It took me a day of phone calls to resolved a problem-- not of my making-- that Ashley should have taken ownership of. I wish I had I had never purchased this product.”
