“I love this couch! It looks so great in my living room. I think it's comfortable, so far, especially for my back. it supports it nicely. I love the velvet. It was cheaper than the original couch I wanted at Ikea and probably better. Way cheaper! Worth it! It wasn't hard to assemble either.”

“We love this sofa. It is a beautiful deep emerald green velvet. The cushions are firm but not uncomfortable- great for those of us with back pain. It was easy to put together and looks and feels high quality. We weren’t sure what to expect at this price, but it has surpassed our expectations. It is the right size for us (we are 5’3” and 5’6”).

“Super cute couch. Definitely adds a pop of color to my home. The couch is the accent piece. It’s hard yes, very stiff so to speak. But I’ve had it for 2 days & honestly it’s growing on me. I don’t mind it as much as I initially thought. It’s doesn’t have a high back or wide seats. It’s like just right for a petite person or a couple who can both squeeze on the couch together. Would I buy it again, honestly I don’t know. I’m still on the fence about it. But as of now I’m not upset about the purchase. I’m finding things I like about it more & more”

“Perfect for a smaller space! Arrived in a single box and was easy to assemble. The cushions are rather comfy, however they tend to slide around a little despite the velcro. Overall quality is pretty mid but still a great deal!”

“This is more about my review of customer service. I ordered this couch, immediately realized it was shipped to the wrong address as I had recently moved. Called within 5 minutes (Ashley did not have order confirmation, no big deal). Called back a couple hours later, got confirmation that the address had been updated but I never received email confirmation as promised. The address was never updated, this couch shipped to the incorrect address. Ashely would not cancel the shipment, reroute the shipment, or do anything to assist in correcting the issue. As someone who works in logistics, I know this could have been rectified through the carrier. I was basically told best of luck retrieving the package. I’m now out the cost of the couch plus a replacement.”

“Unfortunately I bought this couch solely for the fact it was on sale and it is my ideal color. The seat cushions don’t stay in place and even tho it was easy to assemble it is flimsy and feels it will disassemble on its own any second. Good fabric texture however I’ll give it that. But small and it feels like something I’d see in a therapist room. I’ll keep it for now since I do have a small apartment but I don’t recommend for comfort.”

“I hate to be the “I’m never coming back here,” kinda person, but this was a pretty terrible experience all-around, and I honestly think it’s a scam.
The first “red flag” should have been the “delivered Jan 1st, 1901” (YES, 1901) that appeared on my order page before I even got the shipment notification…
Order was placed at the end of July. Package was on the truck and “out for delivery” every single day for an entire week, with ZERO attempt made to deliver, until FedEx finally reported it damaged (Late on a Friday night, so l couldn’t contact anyone for DAYS about it) and shipped it back to the retailer before I could take any action. I reached out to inquire about a replacement last week, and the representative told me there was a replacement already on the way.
They sent me a link to track it, but it was just a link to watch my couch get sent BACK to the retailer. I TOLD them the package was damaged by FedEx and sent back, and they ASSURED me another was “already on the way.”
I got ahold of them again today, and they told me this couch is no longer in stock, and they’d have to issue a refund. When I explained that I was told LAST WEEK that a replacement was ON THE WAY, they told me it was never processed.
By the way, the couch IS currently in stock. I can add it to my cart, I can get to the checkout page… BUT, they jacked up the price quite a bit.
It’s in stock, but not for the price I paid for it.
Terrible customer service.
Absolute scam.”
