“Beautiful couch, comfortable to sit on. However, the legs are junk and the tiny screws holding the castors on will start to fall out with regular daily use. Tried to contact the company because 2 of the 3 castors started falling off the front legs and was told they weren't covered under warranty. Was offered the opportunity to buy replacements.
Fabric is also delicate to warmth. Used a heating pad while lying on this couch (a pad I've used on other furniture no problem) and the fabric, I guess, warped a little, creating imprints in the sheen that stands out when an overhead light is on.”
