Buyer Beware!

“This little sofa looks nice, but Is only available online. After putting together, we see that all the cushions are sewed together ! You can not flip any of them. Which is NOT is the website description. I would not have purchased had I known this. Customer service says all I can do is return VIA FedX , boxed and taken apart. I can not do either . No box anymore. They offered no other resolution because of their return policy . Thank goodness I didn't spend a lot of money. I don't think it will hold up well. I also will not purchase from Ashley again.”

“Looks great in the space I bought it for but the faux material feels as such, and since all the parts only connect sliding into brackets that don’t actually lock in place means you can move or lift the couch without it coming undone and falling apart. Lastly, mine came with a missing bracket on the back piece. This is sold via third party and their customer service is AWFUL. After multiple emails, which is the only way to contact them, I finally gave up and bought the part on Amazon for $20. I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for.”

“The love seat is a good deal for the sale price w/ free shipping. Compared to other love seats on the market that I saw and tried out it was difficult to pass on this one. Overall, the color looks exactly like the pictures and the reviews match the description. I enjoy that the couch is firm but comfortable. I did not want something too soft so for me this worked out great. The faux material seems like it will last as long as you are careful to not let your pets with long nails on it or have anything sharp in your pockets when sitting down as it seems that it would get punctured easily. The set up process was simple I was able to put it together on my own in about 35min but if you have another person you can probably put it together within 15-20min. The main reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because the legs seem very cheap. The dark color does hide that which is nice but I am not sure how long they will last as they seem like hollow hard plastic they felt like a toy a bit, but again for the price can not complain too much. I was debating on returning it because of the legs but decided to keep it. I may buy the bigger couch as well since it is currently on sale, but I am debating again because of the legs.”

“For the price, I am happy with this couch. It looks pretty nice, and it was relatively easy to put together (although I had someone to help me, which was useful for stabilizing the pieces while fitting them together). The end result is good; it just doesn't feel particularly sturdy, lol. When I sit on it by myself it's fine, but sitting on it with another person can cause some shifting/shaking. That said, there's no evidence that it will outright break or anything. Again, for the price, I think this was a solid option and I'd recommend it on that basis.”

“This was the perfection addition to my living space. The color has such a rich caramel hue and the material has a really soft leather feel. It does not stick to you in extreme heated space. We left the property during the extreme summer months and came back to the sofa still in good condition even with house at 85 degrees. I’m glad I took a chance in the color and size. “I would like to give this a better review, and the only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because of the overall couch was nice. But our first order of it had it arrive with two holes in the left arm, and when Ashley Furniture sent out an entirely new replacement couch, the one received looked like it was a returned order because it also had the same damage in the same location. This must be a packing issue and it’s unfortunate because it is a nicer couch but we got Ashley Furniture to come and pick up both of them and give us a full refund.”
