“At first I looked at box like uhhh this can't be a couch. Then I started to assemble and it seemed cheesy how it assembled. Sat of it and was like this thing is super firm I'll never like it. Layed down and wow you could ask for a better couch. 3 months in and I love this couch.”

“it’s a nice couch, very soft yet firm. but it’s not a cozy living room couch. it’s more of a lobby waiting couch. couldn’t return because it was on sale when i bought. a little flimsy too. don’t buy unless you need a couch for your lobby, office, or air bnb or something.”

“I bought this chair and it doesn't have any similarity in color (it looks lighter) and it doesn't look like it's of good quality because once assembled it looks different. The seat was fixed with the metal support on the sliders as seen in the instructions and once assembled it can be seen that they were not inserted correctly in the front part. It looks very different from what is advertised.At”

“It’s firm, took me about 50-55 minutes for setting up. The wings took the longest time- they are to be strategically placed slanting, the assembly doesn’t require any tools other than scissors to open the box and packaging. It’s perfect for you to sit on, not to lay on. For a single person household it’s fine, for offices, business where you’re sitting for a short period while waiting for your appointment then this is the perfect couch, don’t except to lay around like a sectional or a lazy boy. This does its job. I now need a matching ottoman to pair it with or extend my legs on.”

“You get exactly what you pay for. The seat cushions are hard and the pillows aren’t as plush as the picture. The sofa’s material is soft. The legs are plastic. I guess if I want soft and comfortable, I’ll kick out $1500.00 lol.”

“Uncomfortable. Not much cushion on couch or sides. Can’t rest head with light feeling the wood. After 20 minutes sitting you feel you need to reposition. The couch wiggles unless supported on the wall. Easy to clean.”

“This is not a quality sofa. You get what you pay for. I have had this sofa for less than a year and the foot has broken off and you can feel the springs under the seat. No part of the sofa is detachable. I did not expect much from this sofa although I was hopeful that it would last 12 months. It was worth it for the time needed for a quick unexpected purchase but for long term use I would not recommend.”

“Definitely not a $500 couch in my opinion. I wouldn’t pay more than $100 for this couch and that’s still a stretch. Pretty disappointed after I got it. This couch would only be good for a children’s room, or a room that requires a very small and not well made couch that you would not mind getting messed up. I’d save your money, I honestly wish I could return it.”

“Hands down the worst couch I’ve ever bought, more akin to a torture device. The fabric feels cheap and still smells weird even after 6 months. You can’t sit on it for more than 10 minutes without your butt hurting, the cushion seems to be stuffed it with straw and sand. The angle is awkward too, so forget about reclining comfortably. Taller people will have 0 support in their upper body. The armpieces are hard and rigid”
