“Like the color and it’s fairly comfortable. I would not recommend. I have a 45lbs Doberman puppy and she jumps on the sofa with me and it feels like sofa will fall apart and break. We had to move sofa up against wall to make it feel a bit more supportive. Sort of flimsy, easy to put together. I should’ve figured for cheap price.”

“Beautiful couch but not very sturdy. It would be great for an office space but not very functional for a family with small kids. Super disappointed that the couch did not hold up well. We have only had for 7 months and we have had to repair it twice and it recently just broke again for the third time. I loved the look and color of this couch - so sad its broken once again. :(”

“It's a nice couch. Comfortable. Arms could be a bit taller. Not sure how well plastic legs can hold 600lbs but I guess we'll see (yes, all the weight of the couch is on four plastic legs that attach to the arms). I like how easy it was to put together and taking it apart will be a breeze as well. Would have preferred a completely flat back because my cats can get behind an angled back but, like I said, it's comfortable and really better than I expected for the price. We'll see in time how it holds up. Wish it had been offered in other colors too. Dogs can shake the couch with me on it so I am concerned about how sturdy it will be but, Overall, I'm happy. Not sure I would recommend for an extremely "active" home. My 80lb dog is on one end while I'm on the other. When he moves, he shakes the couch even with my 200+ lbs on the other side...lol. Makes me wonder about longevity. It does have good quality cushions. Very comfortable. For the price, if it lasts a year, I won't be complaining.”

Looks good but poor craftsmanship

“Defect apparent but not a deal-breaker. One of the legs cannot be screwed into the sofa because the pre-drilled hole is too big. Therefore my sofa is slanted and cannot be used. I've called customer service and chatted as well but I'm told the manufacturer has to help, not Ashley. Very disappointed and waiting for the email from the manufacturer.”

“Bought on sale and for the price, it’s not bad. It’s fairly decent quality faux leather for sure. You wouldn’t know when standing across the room that it’s faux leather, but when you get up close, you can tell it look like fake in some areas. Ordered online so didn’t know for sure what the quality would be, but you get what you pay for in this case. Not terrible, just not great. Would be good for an office perhaps. I bought it for our living room and it’s alright. Not sure if I’ll keep it or try to sell it. It does mention it has faux wood legs, and they look fine but definitely feel plastic-y to the touch. Assembly was fairly easy, you definitely need another person with you, but super simple. You connect the pieces together through metal guides easily enough, but if you adjust one side, you need to make sure the other side doesn’t unhitch as a result. Beautiful color, not as multifaceted as the online photos appear (no black/darker brown shading to add dimension); it’s pretty much just the one color.”

“Ashley will not stand with their products. We purchased this couch and a chunk of wood fell out of the bottom during the first month of use which, in turn, collapsed the bottom foot. I weigh 140 lbs. My child, less than 60lbs. We did not jump or do anything crazy on this couch and it collapsed while sitting on it. Ashley refuses to acknowledge a faulty couch and will not refund or let us return. Do not purchase.”

“I would have loved to have received my couch with all the correct pieces, but unfortunately they sent me 2 of the same exact side pieces and 2 other pieces didn’t fit. I requested the correct pieces be sent to me and they refunded my money and pretty much told me to discard of the couch on my own. That’s the first and the last time I order from Ashley’s furniture. Customer service sucked, they never offered to send me a replacement couch I even sent them pictures and videos of the couch with out the correct pieces.”
